Up to three showcase banners total, including the original; One Senior Legacy portrait when seniors are confirmed; Up to two saved-squad portraits; One schedule poster; Feed and story graphics for every eligible confirmed game. Does a photographer come to our school, club, or league?
No. Coaches take clear phone photos at practice, parents upload through a private team link, or the team uses both methods.
What does the Free Team Program cost?
There is no upfront team payment. Families receive a preview and choose whether to purchase through the current ordering flow.
How do team rewards work?
Every coach receives one coach-only Group Photo once at least one usable athlete portrait is ready. The Roster Composite unlocks at 4 qualifying orders. The Team Showcase Banner unlocks at 7. A qualifying order is a paid parent purchase of $49 or more.

A qualifying order is a paid parent purchase of $49 or more. Families keep anything they buy even if the team does not reach a reward threshold.
What happens if we do not reach a product threshold?
Families keep any products they purchase. The coach-only Group Photo is still delivered once usable portraits exist. The Roster Composite and Team Showcase Banner stay locked until their qualifying-order threshold is reached, they are included in a prepaid package, or they are purchased from the team dashboard.
When do portraits and rewards arrive?
Portrait creation, review, purchases, and team-product delivery follow the current status and delivery details shown in the team program.
